this is a catch all issue - we will put our community panel tasks as subtasks under here. The "fix version" for this parent issue will be 1.0.GA so all subtasks should be completed no later than the GA release

prototype of the cpanel is done for beta4.

I'm gonna close this out. as we find more features we want to add to the cpanel, we'll create more JIRAs to specifically track them.
